Can I buy Tickets at the show?

Yes. The Box office is open 1 hour prior to showtime.
Space is limited. First come, first served.

What do I do if I can’t print my ticket?

We prefer you do NOT print your tickets. Rather, display the barcode or your receipt on your mobile device at the entrance when you arrive. Our staff only needs to scan your barcode for entry.

What happens if it is raining?

We are an outdoor event and rain can cause a show cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders have the option to use their tickets at a subsequent performance. If the ticket holder is unable to attend our show on another date, the ticket holder may request a refund by emailing: info@strawhouseticketing.com or calling (941) 870-7444.

Do you accept credit card at the show?

Yes, we do accept all major credit cards at the show.

Why are there Fees/Surcharges?

Surcharges are the fees our online ticketing provider adds to cover the cost of things like web hosting, security, phone support and other items vital to processing payments through our website. A portion of those fees goes directly to a Credit Card Processing company.
Our ticketing solution provider, Straw House Ticketing, strives to keep these fees as low as possible.

The prices advertised by Canada’s Circus Spectacular represent the exact amount the company charges. Anything above the advertised price goes to a third party provider.
